Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm. Quorum present.

S.F. 775: Senator Hann: Dental licensing provisions modifications and clarification.



Not heard.

H.F. 1515: Senator Newman: Landlord and tenant late fee and eviction from property subject to foreclosure provisions modification.



Senator Newman moved that H.F. 1515, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2028: Senator Harrington: Fugitive apprehension unit search warrant application authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2028, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Department of Corrections omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2084: Senator Limmer: Crime victim notification of offender release by department of corrections electronic notification system authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2084, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1759: Senator Latz: Corrections department report on performance measures and targets elimination (PUBLIC TESTIMONY HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE).



Discussed, amended into S.F. 2084 Department of Corrections omnibus bill.
