Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 10:35am.

S.F. 1421: Senator Senjem: Performance rewards on fast investment today (PROFIT) program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 1421, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

S.F. 1957: Senator Nelson: Employment and economic development department (DEED) permit management and coordination requirements.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1957, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the .

S.F. 1551: Senator DeKruif: Electrical contractor fees deposit and annual appropriation use requirements.



Senator DeKruif moved that S.F. 1551, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 1964: Senator Daley: Window cleaning safety measures state building code inclusion requirement.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 1964, as amended, be recommended to pass.
