Absent: Senator Paul E. Gazelka, Senator Kenneth S. Kelash

Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 3:03pm. Senator Gazelka is excused. Senator Hall is presenting in Education and will be joining the committee later.

S.F. 1885: Senator Dahms: Local water management provisions modification.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 1885, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1860: Senator Pederson: Concrete diamond grinding and saw slurry disposal provision in highway construction, improvement, or repair contracts requirement.



Senator Pederson moved that S.F. 1860, be laid over.

S.F. 1859: Senator Carlson: Subsurface sewage treatment systems local ordinances rules adoption delay implementation modification.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1859, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
