Senator Ray Vandeveer called the meeting to order at 1:13 PM.
S.F. 1450: Senator Carlson: Municipality detachment process.
S.F. 1544: Senator DeKruif: Montgomery property conveyance authority.
S.F. 1190: Senator Chamberlain: Vacation rental of residential property as permitted use requirement. This bill was passed by the committee in 2011, but was returned to committee under Rule 47 after session adjourned. An amendment is expected, and testimony will be heard.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:04 PM.
