Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 1:15pm.

Senator Daley moved that S.F. 1614, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 993: Senator Newman: Office of administrative hearings disposition of contested case hearings requirement.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 993, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1457: Senator Nienow: Legislators and governor compensation suspension until budget bill passage.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1457, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
