Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:00PM.

S.F. 1264: Senator Senjem: Municipal state aid to cities formula modification.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 1264, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1687: Senator Ortman: Motor carrier contracts indemnity provisions prohibitions.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 1687, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1126: Senator Dibble: Highway construction projects contract bid preferences modifications.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1126, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
