Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:05pm. Senator Tony Lourey and Senator Ann Rest informed Chairman Gimse in advance that they would not be present for the meeting and were excused.

S.F. 1082: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Drivers license revocation for DWI convictions provisions clarification and conformance; criminal vehicular operation law violators penalties modifications.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 1082, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1042: Senator Wiger: Drivers education instruction and license examination requirements expansion for carbon monoxide poisoning.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1042, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 266: Senator Howe: Road equipment preparing for winter storms highway restriction exemption modification.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 266, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
