Senator Ray Vandeveer called the meeting to order at 1:12 PM.

S.F. 1191: Senator Olson: Hydroelectric facility (Crown Hydro) municipal approval requirement exemption, federal regulation compliance, and Minneapolis park and recreation board approval.


S.F. 1079: Senator Thompson: Municipal tobacco licensees minor tobacco sales alternative enforcement action local ordinance authorization.


S.F. 1009: Senator Limmer: Election vacancies in nomination provisions modifications.


S.F. 1340: Senator Carlson: Minnesota Accountable Government Innovation and Collaboration (MAGIC) Act; counties general welfare provisions authorization.


S.F. 1068: Senator Daley: Municipalities recreational use of school facilities or property civil immunity extension.


S.F. 1260: Senator Kruse: County private audit meeting standards; local government federal single audit acceptance; web site political subdivisions publication; local planning interim ordinance; local provisions repeal.


S.F. 1368: Senator McGuire: Adult offenders currently serving felony sentences electronic data availability to secretary of state for voter registration purposes.


S.F. 640: Senator Dibble: Minneapolis and Minneapolis park and recreation board joint dedication fee modification.


Agenda order may be subject to change. The Committee has reserved Room 112 until 6 pm. If additional time is needed, other arrangements will be announced.
