Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 10:37am.

S.F. 1265: Senator Pederson: Professional athletes drug and alcohol testing program provisions.



Senator Pederson moved that S.F. 1265, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1280: Senator Thompson: Gratuities sharing provisions modification.



Senator Lillie moved that S.F. 1280, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1204: Senator Nelson: Governor\'s workforce development council public library member addition.



Senator DeKruif moved that S.F. 1204, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the .

S.F. 411: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Restricted plumber licenses limited transfer authorization.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 411, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
