Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at

S.F. 1120: Senator Nienow: Miscellaneous human services provisions modifications relating to telephone equipment program for communication impaired persons, disability services, continuing care policy, comprehensive assessments, case management services and technical and conforming changes.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 1120, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 417: Senator Tomassoni: Innovative energy projects provisions modification and clarification.
