Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.

S.F. 1101: Senator Hann: My Life, My Choices task force establishment.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 1101, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 878: Senator Higgins: Honorary military service prior offense presumption of rehabilitation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 878, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 904: Senator Lillie: State depositories bond requirements modifications.



Be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1159: Senator Lillie: Workers compensation advisory council recommendations adoption.



Senator Lillie moved that S.F. 1159, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1283: Senator Benson: State Capitol complex security advisory committee creation; state patrol protection to government officials authorization.

H.F. 786: Senator Daley: Charitable organizations financial statement modifications and compensation information reporting requirements.
