Present: Senator Al DeKruif, Senator D. Scott Dibble, Senator Paul E. Gazelka, Senator Joe Gimse, Senator John Howe, Senator Benjamin A. Kruse, Senator Ted H. Lillie, Senator Mike Parry, Senator Ann H. Rest, Senator David H. Senjem, Senator Katie Sieben, Senator Pam Wolf

Absent: Senator Tony Lourey, Senator Roger J. Reinert, Senator Kathy Sheran

Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:00pm. Senator Tony Lourey, Senator Roger Reinert and Senator Kathy Sheran informed Chairman Gimse in advance that they would not be present for the entirety of the meeting and were excused.

S.F. 51: Senator Koch: Female-veteran license plate designation for special veterans license plates or Gold Star license plates.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 366: Senator Parry: Gross weight seasonal increases for sweet corn transportation.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1283: Senator Benson: State Capitol complex security advisory committee creation; state patrol protection to government officials authorization.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1283, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1106: Senator Gazelka: Recreational vehicle operating provisions modifications; all terrain vehicle definitions modifications; motorcycle duel registration establishment; special vehicle use on roadways modification.
