Senator Julianne E. Ortman called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M.

S.F. 405: Senator Robling: Property taxes, including game birds and waterfowl in ag definition.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 405, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 829: Senator Gazelka: Property taxes, modifying penalties for late payment.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 829, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 867: Senator Tomassoni: St. Louis county, tax status of fairgrounds.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 867, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 300: Senator Bonoff: Establishing a Science and Technology Program.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 300, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1156: Senator Skoe: Modifying property tax valuation appeals of income-producing properties.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 1156, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 660: Senator Bakk: Dept. of Revenue to report on use of zip codes for local sales taxes.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 660, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1012: Senator Howe: Modifying sales and use tax remittance schedule.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 1012, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
