Senator Gen Olson called the meeting to order at 3:13.

S.F. 1005: Senator Koch: Independent school district #883, Rockford; debt redemption money transfer for reroofing schools authorization.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1005, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 1210: Senator Nienow: Learning disabilities response to intervention model adoption; Minnesota response to intervention center reestablishment.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1210, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 540: Senator Nelson: Child maltreatment mandatory reporting requirement for school district employees; teacher license revocation provision.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 540, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the .
