Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.

S.F. 471: Senator Newman: Drivers license reinstatement diversion pilot program expansion and extension.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 471, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 395: Senator Daley: Driver\'s license expiration period extension for active military service persons.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 395, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 499: Senator Howe: Driver education instruction permit requirements modification.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 499, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
