Senator Carla Nelson called the meeting to order at 3:09.

S.F. 452: Senator Vandeveer: Charter school as educational entity within a school district pilot project for charter district #4116, Lakes International Language Academy and independent school district #831, Forest Lake.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 452, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus policy.

S.F. 946: Senator DeKruif: School districts joint operation and innovative delivery of education pilot project establishment.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 946, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus policy.

S.F. 408: Senator Wolf: Teacher\'s union financial reporting requirement.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 408, be laid on the table.
