Present: Senator Michelle R. Benson, Senator David M. Brown, Senator D. Scott Dibble, Senator John Howe, Senator Michael J. Jungbauer, Senator Amy T. Koch, Senator Gary W. Kubly, Senator Doug Magnus, Senator Julie A. Rosen, Senator Dan Sparks, Senator Ray Vandeveer

Absent: Senator James P. Metzen, Senator LeRoy A. Stumpf

Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:11 pm. Senator Stumpf was excused from the meeting.

S.F. 1198: Senator Jungbauer: Public utilities charitable contributions and issuance of securities clarifications and modifications.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 1198, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1195: Senator Rosen: Energy conservation information center data gathering responsibility modification.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1195, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1196: Senator Rosen: Renewable energy initiatives state transmission plan project reporting requirement modification.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1196, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1197: Senator Rosen: Office of enterprise technology software sales, public utilities commission (PUC) reporting, state energy-savings plan weatherization, and electric power facility permits assessment modifications.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1197, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1194: Senator Rosen: Energy reliability and intervention office establishment.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1194, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
