Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:13 pm.
S.F. 1313: Senator Benson: Public utilities energy conservation improvement program modifications.
S.F. 1205: Senator Rosen: Public utilities commission approval of renewable development account expenditures temporary prohibition and allocation elimination.
Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1205, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1197: Senator Rosen: Office of enterprise technology software sales, public utilities commission (PUC) reporting, state energy-savings plan weatherization, and electric power facility permits assessment modifications.
S.F. 1292: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Resolution to encourage domestic oil drilling.
Senator Koch moved that S.F. 1292, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
