Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:18 pm.

S.F. 1093: Senator Benson: Public utilities renewable energy standards compliance rate information impact report submission.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1093, as amended, recommended to pass and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 817: Senator Benson: Public utility rates cost of service provisions modification; natural gas inverted rates program repeal.
