Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 9:05am. Senator Ann Rest and Senator Katie Sieben informed Chairman Gimse in advance that they would not be present and were excused.

S.F. 509: Senator Limmer: Voter photo identification requirement; picture identification issuance provisions; provisional balloting procedure establishment; challenged voter eligibility list establishment; electronic polling place roster standard for use establishment and use.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 509, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.
