Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 10:10am.

S.F. 771: Senator Gerlach: Commerce department appropriations; petroleum tank release cleanup board sunset extension.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 771, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 987: Senator Rosen: Public utilities commission appropriations.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 987, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1029: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Omnibus environment and natural resources finance and trust fund appropriations.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1029, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 958: Senator Limmer: Public safety appropriations for courts, public defenders, corrections, criminal justice agencies, and boards.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 958, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
