Present: Senator John Carlson, Senator Richard Cohen, Senator Theodore J. "Ted" Daley, Senator D. Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.

S.F. 907: Senator Nelson: State building efficiency, fleet management improvements, and Medicaid and tax fraud prevention and detection consulting services contracts for improvements to state-operated systems and services requirements.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 907, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 692: Senator Hall: Natural resources department (DNR) peatland area management; recreational trail and snowmobile watercross requirements and mineral coordinating committee membership modifications; Blakeley state wayside repeal.



Senator Lillie moved that S.F. 692, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 759: Senator Kruse: Coon Rapids dam commission creation; Three Rivers park district grant appropriation.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 759, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 908: Senator Carlson: Strategic sourcing request for proposals.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 604: Senator Parry: Secretary of state legal fees payment; 2010 gubernatorial election county recount reimbursement costs appropriations.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 604, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 813: Senator Hoffman: State and public employees retirement plans member and employer contribution rates modifications.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 813, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 812: Senator Gazelka: Salary reduction for state employees and elected officials.



Senator Daley moved that S.F. 812, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
