Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:11 pm. Senator Brown was excused.

S.F. 548: Senator Benson: Public utilities commission (PUC) multiyear rate plan approval authority expansion and clarification; multiple rate riders single large energy project consolidation.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 548, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 pm.
