Senator Joe Gimse called the meeting to order at 1:00pm. Senator D. Scott Dibble informed Chairman Gimse in advance that he would not be present and was excused.

S.F. 179: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Gold star license plates eligibility expansion to surviving legal guardians and siblings.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 179, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 340: Senator Kubly: MN Supports Family Farmers special motor vehicle license plates.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 340, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 393: Senator Tomassoni: Retired firefighters special license plates.



Senator Reinert moved that S.F. 393, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 478: Senator DeKruif: Motorcycle license plates for physically disabled persons.



Senator DeKruif moved that S.F. 478, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 135: Senator Sheran: Support highway #14 special license plates authorization.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 135, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
