Senator Ray Vandeveer called the meeting to order at 1:07.
S.F. 509: Senator Limmer: Voter photo identification requirement; picture identification issuance provisions; provisional balloting procedure establishment; electronic polling place roster use requirement; recount procedure enacting; appropriating money.
S.F. 479: Senator Howe: Voter photo identification and issuance requirement; picture identification and issuance at no charge; provisional balloting procedure establishment.
Continuation of testimony/action on bills from March 14th hearing. As previously noted, due to the number of people wishing to testify, we will need to limit testimony to three (3) minutes, and ask testifiers to sign up with the Committee Administrator prior to the hearing.
