Senator Julianne E. Ortman called the meeting to order at 8:31 A.M.
Once all bills have been heard, Chair Ortman will take all bills as one motion to be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
S.F. 284: Senator Rest: Authorizing pooled tax increments for housing.
S.F. 244: Senator Gazelka: Increasing holding period for exempt property for economic development for certain cities.
S.F. 205: Senator Chamberlain: Extending deadline for spending tax increments relating to economic development.
S.F. 487: Senator Saxhaug: Authorizing TIF to repay city of Cohasset for certain projects.
S.F. 178: Senator Jungbauer: Ramsey tax increment financing special rules.
S.F. 420: Senator Senjem: Extending tax increments relating to economic development.
S.F. 464: Senator Rest: Tax increments relating to transit improvement areas.
