Senator Gen Olson called the meeting to order at 3:11.

S.F. 95: Senator Bonoff: Independent school district #284, Wayzata; alternative facilities revenue program eligibility.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 95, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 289: Senator Limmer: School finance capital expenditure health and safety revenue program modifications; health and safety policy.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 289, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 325: Senator Hann: MNovate commission to provide leadership for the creation of new and innovative models of public schools and schooling establishment.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 325, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee.

S.F. 315: Senator Olson: School lease levy authority modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 315, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
