Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 10:32am. Senator Geoff Michel called for a brief recess at 10:45am. Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting back to order at 11:00am.

S.F. 139: Senator Lillie: Lead poisoning prevention provisions effective dates modifications.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 139, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1: Senator Michel: Discussion of permitting issues. Job creation; business tax reductions; department of natural resources (DNR) permitting efficiency; environmental review requirements modifications.
