Senator Shawn Nienow called the meeting to order at 8:41am. Senator Cohen was excused from the meeting.

S.F. 56: Senator Thompson: School district and charter school salary freeze imposition; safe schools levy set aside requirement removal; staff development reserved revenue and school district contract deadline and penalty repeal.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 56, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 69: Senator Olson: Home schools mandates and reporting requirements reduction.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 69, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 40: Senator Olson: Teacher licensure provisions modifications; alternative teacher preparation program and limited-term teacher license establishment.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 40, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
