Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 3:03 pm. Excused from committee: Senator Magnus.

S.F. 4: Senator Koch: Nuclear power plant certificate of need issuance prohibition elimination.



Senator Koch moved that S.F. 4, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 pm.
