Senator Richard J. Cohen called the meeting to order at 3:13 p.m. A quorum was present. Senator Cohen passed the gavel to Senator Stumpf at 3:14 p.m.

S.F. 3409: Senator Cohen: Cash flow forecast by Minnesota management and budget (MMB) commissioner to the governor and legislature requirement.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 3409, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3398: Senator Rest: Campaign finance reporting provisions and independent disclosure provisions modification.



Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 3398, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2566: Senator Cohen: Executive branch unallotment authority modification.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 2566, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
