Senator Leo T. Foley called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 2880, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2634: Senator Moua: Forfeiture of seized property procedure modification.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2634, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2741: Senator Murphy: Driving while impaired (DWI) and implied consent provisions modifications; ignition interlock program provisions modification; prior DWI license revocations penalty enhancements and accelerated DWI vehicle forfeitures prohibition.
