Senator Latz moved that S.F. 560, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2493: Senator Moua: Crime of identity theft expansion to include scanning and reencoder use to acquire information from payment cards.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 2493, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2725: Senator Moua: Multijurisdictional gang and drug tasks forces; criminal gang investigative data systems; intrastate data classification; multijurisdictional entities dissolution; criminal gang investigative data systems prohibition.
