Senator John Doll called the meeting to order at 3:18 pm.
S.F. 1537: Senator Berglin: Large energy facility definition modification.
Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1537, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

Senator Prettner Solon indicated that the next Energy, Utilities, Technology and Communications Committee meeting will take places on April 6th, 2010.
