Senator Satveer S. Chaudhary called the meeting to order at 12:34 pm.

S.F. 2864: Senator Skogen: State park boundaries modifications, park acquisition, state forest addition, public and private sale of surplus land and conservation land, state land exchange, drainage district land conveyance.



Senator Skogen moved that S.F. 2864, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2989: Senator Stumpf: Livestock crippled or destroyed by a gray wolf compensation program modification.



Senator Stumpf moved that S.F. 2989, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
