S.F. 70: Senator Rest: Constitutional amendment for judges retention elections.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 70, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 987: Senator Lynch: Local government units unfunded mandates elimination.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 987, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2494: Senator Saxhaug: Resolution urging Congress and secretary of agriculture to negotiate with the state on the sale and exchange of school trust lands.



Senator Frederickson moved that S.F. 2494, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
