Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M.

S.F. 2595: Senator Dibble: Landlord and tenant expungement in eviction cases procedures modifications.



Senator Koering moved that S.F. 2595, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3009: Senator Torres Ray: Health disparities elimination provisions modification.



Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 3009, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2902: Senator Sheran: General assistance (GA) and Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) asset limitations exemption establishment.
