Senator Steve Murphy called the meeting to order at 12:50 PM.

S.F. 2589: Senator Prettner Solon: High-voltage transmission lines route permits granting modifications.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2589, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2690: Senator Torres Ray: Foster children, adoption and noncustodial parents provisions modifications; driver\'s license requirements and background study data, continued court jurisdiction, court hearings presence and parent and child relationship modifications; foster care b.


S.F. 2585: Senator Higgins: Disadvantaged business enterprise program creation.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 2585, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2846: Senator Skoe: Large motor vehicles (tractor, truck) on public streets and highways regulations modifications.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2846, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2884: Senator Skoe: Anhydrous ammonia vehicles and tanks inspection requirement.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2884, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2847: Senator Jungbauer: Bridge projects ongoing prioritization authorization.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 2847, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
