Senator Satveer S. Chaudhary called the meeting to order at 12:35 pm.

S.F. 2494: Senator Saxhaug: Resolution urging Congress and secretary of agriculture to negotiate with the state on the sale and exchange of school trust lands.



Senator Saxhaug moved that S.F. 2494, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2185: Senator Olseen: Mt. Simon-Hinckley aquifer water use permits prohibition expansion.
