Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.

S.F. 1623: Senator Dille: Resolution to urge the President and Congress to repeal the federal legislation of 1863 ordering the removal of Dakota people from Minnesota and the Dakotas- Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 1623, moved to adopt the previous committee report and amend the report so the bill do pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:36 p.m.
