Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m

S.F. 1544: Senator Rest: relating to local government, removing, extending or modifying certain mandates upon local governmental units.



Senator Langseth moved that S.F. 1544, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1151: Senator Berglin: relating to HHS, allowing home visitors to be employment and training providers for certaing MFIP participants-Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Not heard.

S.F. 2089: Senator Stumpf: relating to education, providing for a study to examine the operating cost differential of school districts-Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 2089, moves to adopt the previous committee report as amended. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1797: Senator Torres Ray: relating to Education, requiring the State Advisory Council on Early Childhood Education and Care to create an inventory of early childhood services- Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 1797, moves to adopt the previous committee report as amended. - MOTION ADOPTED.

SC 7001



Senator Clark moved that SC 7001, be recommended for introduction by the chair on behalf of the committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
