Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 2:25 p.m.

H.F. 928: Senator Murphy: Omnibus transportation policy provisions modifications.



Senator Clark moved that H.F. 928, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 986: Senator Lynch: County human services mandates relief; funeral expenses county payment; children\'s therapeutic rules provisions modification; nursing facility rules modification; day training alternative licensing; school district health care program information.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 986, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1778: Senator Scheid: Resolution urging congressional opposition of enactment of proposed optional federal insurance charter legislation.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 1778, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1708: Senator Rest: Resolution for congressional delegation to sponsor and support the Main Street Fairness Act.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1708, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 358: Senator Dahle: Resolution to not reauthorize the No Child Left Behind Act.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 358, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 133: Senator Dille: Resolution urging Congress to oppose federal legislation interfering with the ability of the state to direct the transport or processing of horses.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 133, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
