Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 11:14 a.m.

S.F. 1459: Senator Bonoff: State cooperative purchasing contract use by local governments requirement.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 1459, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1125: Senator Pappas: County offices appointment and consolidation provisions.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 1125, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2: Senator Cohen: State budget recommendations development requirements and modifications; money map for children services; deputy and assistant commissioner reduction; whistleblower protection; drivers license reinstatement.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 2, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 182: Senator Pogemiller: Legislative and congressional districting principles establishment and redistricting commission creation.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 182, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
