Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

S.F. 1126: Senator Moua: Tax-forfeited property uses and conveyances procedures modifications Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1126, reports the same back with the recommendation that the report from the Committee on Environmant and Natural Resources be adopted and waive application of JR 2.03 for future proceedings and refer the bill to Judiciary. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2078: Senator Metzen: Tax increment financing (TIF) requirements modification; loan guarantee fund establishment; nonprofit housing bond issue; second mortgage loan program; Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 2078, reports the same back with the recommendation that the report from the Committee on Business, Industry and Jobs be adopted and the bill be referred to Finance. - MOTION ADOPTED.
