Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m.

S.F. 2010: Senator Scheid: Home values guarantee pilot program establishment- Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 2010, moves to adopt the previous committee report and refer the bill to Finance. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2083: Senator Pappas: Higher Education Omnibus bill.



Senator Langseth moved that S.F. 2083, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
