Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:41 A.M.

S.F. 2069: Senator Prettner Solon: Duluth seaway port authority property tax levy authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 2069, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 292: Senator Saltzman: Businesses investment company tax credit for emerging and start-up businesses.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 292, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 724: Senator Saltzman: Income tax credit for investments in qualified high technology business ventures.
