Senator Linda Higgins called the meeting to order at 3:20 PM.

S.F. 645: Senator Ortman: Nonviolent controlled substance (drug) offenders mandatory minimum sentences and conditional release program modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 645, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1118: Senator Higgins: Criminal justice agencies reports electronic version submission requirements; sentencing guidelines commission report review requirement; out-of-state juvenile placement reports repeal.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1118, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 802: Senator Higgins: Criminal and traffic offenders surcharges forward to court administrator requirements.
