S.F. 1643: Senator Sheran: Trunk highway construction environmental impact statement completion requirement.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1643, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 738: Senator Limmer: Real ID Act compliance prohibition.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 738, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 639: Senator Carlson: Careless driving resulting in death penalty imposition.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 639, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 807: Senator Dibble: Transportation department goals modification; motor vehicle miles traveled and greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 807, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1654: Senator Olseen: School districts actual cost reporting, field trip costs, students placed out of district, school bus federal conformance, equipment modifications and maximum weight increase.
