Senator Linda Higgins called the meeting to order at 3:17 PM.

S.F. 1219: Senator Rest: Firefighters licensing standards.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1219, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 564: Senator Moua: Civil rights restoration upon incarceration release.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 564, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1332: Senator Higgins: Challenge incarceration program expansion.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1332, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2018: Senator Moua: Omnibus criminal justice, public safety, corrections, judiciary and controlled substance policy provisions modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2018, discussion only.
