S.F. 926: Senator Sparks: Telecommunications service providers reduced rate regulation and promotion activities provisions modifications.



Senator Sparks moved that S.F. 926, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1760: Senator Dibble: Renewable energy production incentive payments provisions modifications.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1760, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1922: Senator Anderson: Solar cities energy working group establishment, report and appropriation.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1922, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
